After I took my trip to what I can only describe as "the promised land" I returned to the States with a brand-new outlook on life and when I saw my AMC Matador Coupe�I knew I could always be reminded of my beautiful vacation all over Spain every time I stepped in and got behind the wheel of my beautiful, 1978 Matador Coupe. Have you ever had the pleasure of driving it? Mine in particular was named "the bullfighter from Detriot." Knowing well enough that I needed to take good care of her, I was involved in a preemptive attack on the search for a crucial AMC Matador Coupe radiator. I knew how to replace radiators, however I found that Matador Coupe radiators weren't exactly easy to find. My '78 was one of first Matador Coupe radiators that called for plastic radiator tank repair. AMC Radiators historically are not like finding a needle in a haystack, however, my particular model of car was fickle.
